Getting your bespoke shutters couldn’t be easier. We've perfected our process to ensure you have shutters fitted to perfection and a home left clean and tidy.
Contact us to arrange your free survey. Once booked, we’ll send you our brochure so you can explore shutter styles and options in advance. The day before your survey, we’ll give you a quick call to confirm the appointment and make sure you’ve had a chance to look through the brochure.
We’ll visit your home to talk you through the different shutter ranges, styles, and finishes available. During the survey we’ll take accurate measurements and prepare a written quotation with a hand-sketched drawing, so you have a clear idea of your shutters before we leave.
Your quotation will include everything we’ve discussed, along with illustrations and a breakdown by room. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll issue your invoice (including illustrations and full terms & conditions) and take a deposit to confirm the order.
Once your deposit is received, we place the order with our supplier. Your bespoke shutters will be made to measure and shipped directly to us. We’ll keep you updated on progress and provide shipping details so you can follow the journey.
When your shutters arrive, we’ll arrange installation on a convenient date. The balance payment is due on completion. We’ll also walk you through care and maintenance, ensuring everything is perfect before we leave
